Rother<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-921a585 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"921a585\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Seniors Helping Seniors Eastbourne, Hastings and Rother was launched by Rena Loizou.\u00a0\u00a0Steve and Lynn Cowley carried on her amazing work for two years championing flexible well paid and rewarding work for people in Eastbourne, Hastings and Rother and outstanding, affordable home care choices across the region.<\/p><p>In May 2025 Steve and Lynn stepped down as owners to make way for a new, local, owner to take \u00a0over in June 2025.<\/p><p>In the interim, the founders of Seniors Helping Seniors UK (Sally and Christian Wilse) will be supporting the wonderful care team and lead, Diana.<\/p><p>Christian says, \u201cWe are grateful to Steve and Lynn for the energy they brought to the prospect of running two offices. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and the team have often gone above and beyond to ensure that Mum was comfortable in her own home for as long as possible.<\/p><p>They often shared lots of laughs and fun times as well as caring for her emotional and physical needs and it always left us reassured that she was in the best of hands.<\/p><p>They are a very flexible team and always willing to help out when additional support was required putting the needs of Mum first. A special thanks to Eileen and Simone who have been on the journey with Mum and become more than a companion to her, they have become good friends. The care from SHS has been outstanding. All the carers have been great with Mum, taking her for a drive, a cup of tea and a piece of cake when able which is her favourite thing to do.<\/p><p>We have received photo\u2019s of Mum from the carers of Mum while she is out and she always looks so happy. She can\u2019t wait to go with them! Teresa provided Mum with a photo book at Christmas \u2013 such a lovely thing to do and Mum treasures this. Tina has been great also &#8211; always there to help co-ordinate and offer support.<\/p><p>We really cannot fault the care received. We know Mum is in safe hands and Dad can have a rest while she is out. Highly recommended!
